I know that I don't have the same level of energy as you do though. Your purse projects are simply charming and look so impeccably made. And you've done such a beautiful job at furnishing and decorating the bedroom. You are so inspiring.
Wishing you and Jon a lovely holiday season and looking forward to dropping in more often in 2013.
Keep well,
AnyesAnyes K. I think it would make great decorative trim on most anything--hats, mitten cuffs, Christmas stockings, and Christmas tree skirts--wouldn't that be a hoot? I bet I could dress up a plain old sweatshirt with it too.

I'm looking forward to reading your blog. Best wishes,

Linda
Mrs. DMrs. Dhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07556632048798711513noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5183416806466219655.post-37803363685064168992012-11-29T23:00:04.459-06:002012-11-29T23:00:04.459-06:00I am so excited about finding your blog. From the photos, you are doing a first rate job of it, but with your talents I can see it blossoming into the grand home is was always meant to be.

I love the tutorial on the triangle ruffles . . . I can not wait to try it. I wish that I had found you a day earlier, because I worked on a market bag today, but with your ruffles it would have turned out much prettier.

I hope that you come to visit and even more I hope that you will follow me back.
Your newest blogging sister, Connie :)Conniehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08187302890702147585noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5183416806466219655.post-18241339396582918422012-11-26T10:25:00.024-06:002012-11-26T10:25:00.024-06:00Dear Mrs. D.,

Whew, I'm tired now - I think I'll take a nap.

I quite understand your order of room decorating — concerning my bathroom, I've found that it's easier to match wallpaper to towels than the other way around!Mark D. Wood-fired maple syrup--wow, that sounds so delicious. Makes me hungry for waffles and maple syrup.

Mrs. Dhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07556632048798711513noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5183416806466219655.post-75280567466061925162012-11-25T11:59:26.081-06:002012-11-25T11:59:26.081-06:00I'm sure that Jon appreciated the bread and pi...I'm sure that Jon appreciated the bread and pie waiting for him--they look delicious. When I was in high school in Ohio one of the big winter projects was to take down dead trees in the woods and split the logs. The resulting firewood was used to fuel the evaporator used to make maple syrup int he spring. It is hard exercise, but very satisfying, especially to be outdoors on such beautiful days.
--Road to ParnassusParnassushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08958901307538141468noreply@blogger.com
